Cancellation Policy

At Guided Touch Massage, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you and includes dedicated preparation, travel, and personalized care. To provide the highest level of service, the following policies apply: Booking & Payment A valid payment method is required to reserve your appointment. New clients may be required to provide a 50% deposit. Bridal parties, events, and specialty packages require a 50% non-refundable retainer. Cancellation & Rescheduling Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled within 24 hours may be charged 50% of the service fee. Deposits and retainers are non-refundable but may be applied toward a future appointment when proper notice is provided. No-Show Policy Missed appointments or clients unavailable at the scheduled appointment time will be charged the full service fee. Future bookings may require full payment in advance. Late Arrivals & Mobile Service Appointments begin at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session while the full service fee remains due.
